We tend to let a small thing take us all the way back when we almost reached the aim. We tend to suddenly stop when that long awaited bird is in our hands. But why do we give up just before the finish line after e walked all the way? Why do we let a trifle to sweep us all the way to the start? Or maybe is it us that decide to turn back just before the ending point?

I often recall the story from the “Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho about a crystal merchant. Since young years his dream was to go for holy pilgrimage to Mecca. But he was so poor that never even thought of turning a dream into a plan. Hajj was there like a shining star far in the sky that was brightening his dark reality. It was making him happy to imagine his travel and dream that one day he will reach that beautiful place. His business was growing and from poor man he turned into a reach merchant, now he could effort anything he could wish for. Years were passing he still didn’t go on Hajj but he still was dreaming about it. One day he was asked why he doesn’t go for his dream, it was so reachable now. And his honest reply was so shocking and at the same time so well known for many of us, he said: “Because it’s the thought of Mecca that keeps me alive. That’s what helps me face these days that are all the same, these mute crystals on the shelves, and the lunch and dinner at that same horrible cafe. I’m afraid that if my dream is realized, I’ll have no reason to go on living.”

As that man we are afraid that once our dreams turn into reality we will have nothing to live up to, we will simply loose the motivation to keep walking. We are excited to imagine to live our dreams but deep inside we are terrified to hit that ceiling that we built for ourselves. We think that once we climb this mountain there would be nothing else to achieve. ‘Of course I am not afraid of living my dreams. I will be the happiest person once they come true”, you might say. And you are true, our soul is excited to reach there, but our mind is terrified to imagine that life will stop at that moment, because we all know that even the most joyful celebration becomes tiring after some time.

More than the finish itself we enjoy the expectation of success. We enjoy every hard step of the way once we can since the victory. Dreams keep us alive; they make us move forward, they give us hope. And we scared even to imagine what would we do if we wake up tomorrow morning and there will be nothing to dream about, nothing to look forward, nothing to grow up to? And we choose to stay behind our dreams, let them run a bit forward and stay a beautiful mirage. We are too afraid to lose the illusionary shelter that always protects us from cold reality – the dreamland that always give hope. And that is why many people desire to get there but they themselves put barriers on their way so that they never reach that place.

And I know what some of you will say: ‘What a stupid way to look at people’s failures. Why would somebody be afraid to fulfill their dream? Excuses, excuses, excuses.’ And I will agree with you – it is an excuse. It is an excuse not to be disappointed. I love Paolo Coelho’s quote on this: “I just want to dream about Mecca. I’ve already imagined the people that would be at my side, and those in front of me, and the conversations and the prayers we would share. But I’m afraid that it would all be a disappointment, so I prefer just to dream about it.” Many of us know that some dreams are exaggerated, some are nonsense and some are even not ours. We are afraid to approach them very close, cause then the illusion will disappear and we will see all the nonimportance of our struggle.

We heard a lot of stories when people became rich and realized how meaningless their life became. We saw movies where young, brave, brilliant young people would go through everything to reach their dreams and all that light would disappear after they would get all they wanted. We saw examples where people gave their lives for unimportant things, and we are afraid to come to the same conclusion. “God punishes us by making our dreams reality” – it is true when our dreams are selfish and ego-driven, then the finish becomes the end. But not all dreams are the same.

There are dreams that take everything and leave just emptiness, but there are some that take passion and love and bring even more. There are dreams that lead to finish, but there are some that take us to another greater start. First ones destroy and empty us, second – build and make us stronger. Right dreams are the steps – every time we reach one we can stop and enjoy but we can also move forward and discover more. Every true goal is a building block of your True Self.

Already for so many years we know that Earth is round but we are still afraid to fall into nowhere once we reach the horizon. Go there and never be afraid that realization of your plan is the end – it is the beginning of even greater one.

How often we hear a statement ‘just listen to yourself’? Well, if not every day then at least a few times in our lives. But how can we really understand what we feel? How can we disentangle love from desire, anger from self protection, fear from carefulness? Can we make a decision by analyzing our feelings?

I believe we all carry a wisdom and knowledge that exceeds our intellect and prior experiences. And most of us knew it when we were children, most of us were those little restless discoverers that always wanted to make things our way – we knew that we came to this Earth not with ‘empty hands’. But we forgot how to access those knowledge the only thing that left is this whispering voice deep inside and pale feelings that direct us in our every day decisions. But we gained instead is this never stopping noise in our head and always warning emotions. Which ones to listen to?

We can learn to distinguish the voice of our inner Self from the shouting of our ego. Not that I believe the ego to be the root of all evil or a servant of devil. I would rather say it is a defensive mechanism that is there to protect us from many distracting things. But it also protects us from any changes, different ideas and in many cases from growth and development. And if we were programmed by modern society to be skeptical and critical about any new ideas, especially if it is something different from a cruel and harsh world that was introduced to us as a ‘reality’, then ego will try to protect us from it. How easily people accept all the negative information and how much efforts it takes to believe in something good – it is too ‘unreal’. It is scary even to imagine what is the picture of reality then if a small good deed is being questioned but any even the most cruel act is accepted as reality. But well, this is how our ego was programmed, and the firewall it sets is quite strong. The other tool that our ego is using very often is the past experience. The good moments and events our soul accepts as normality, but all negative experiences our ego stores in its database. And every time something suspicious is happening ego is referring to that stock of the files and checking whether it is not similar case. And guess what, it can often find many similarities and warn you about that. It is almost like a reflex, just the point is that very often we can put wrong diagnose about the cause of the ‘disease’ in the first place that would lead to wrong reflex in the future. I had a funny case when I overate roasted peanuts and after that I ate a bit of blueberries. I felt really bad after those peanuts, but all my body was remembering were blueberries, so now I am absolutely fine with nuts, but have very negative feelings about innocent healthy blueberries.

So how to understand when is our inner Self is talking and when we are hearing the scared voice of ego? It is quite simple: if you have any worrying feelings about particular person or even just ask yourself “Am I terrified or just afraid?”. Just dig deep and listen, try to understand what is making you uncomfortable: the changes, the past experience or the actual energy of the person or place. Those feeling are quite different but we were not actually taught how to distinguish them. But you can feel very clearly that one comes from deep within, calm and confident the other is just the echo of the past voices, shaky and mumbling. Sometimes both of them speak together, then you don’t even need to think , you will know for sure that you need to stay away from whatever that is.

So learn to listen to yourself and than get out there, explore the world and have the best possible experiences on this Earth.

With love,

Happy

How much do we know about what is going on at this present time? Or better to say how much do we want to know?
Ironically most of the information is out there, just in front of our eyes, but we forgot how to distinguish reality from virtual reality. We were dragged into the world of entertainment and illusion to keep our minds busy and our inner voice unheard. It is up to us to disentangle reality from illusion. I don’t know how much if this is truth, it is up to each of you to decide how much you want to take and what will be left behind.

In this video David Wilcock tells his idea about what is going on with Earth and people and what will happen in 2012. Exciting and stunning discoveries, new perceptions and old facts – you can find it all. Enjoy!

The fat breakdown is roughly 25% saturated, 41% monounsaturated, and 34% polyunsaturated. The saturated fat content of Brazil nuts is among the highest of all nuts, surpassing even macadamia nuts, and the nuts are pressed for their oil. Because of the resulting rich taste, Brazil nuts can often substitute for macadamia nuts or even coconut in recipes. Also due to their high fat content, shelled Brazil nuts soon become rancid.

Nutritionally, Brazil nuts are a good source of magnesium and thiamine, and are perhaps the richest dietary source of selenium, containing as much as 1180% of the USRDA (U.S. Recommended Dietary Allowances), although the amount of selenium within batches of nuts varies greatly. Recent research suggests that proper selenium intake is correlated with a reduced risk of both breast cancer as well as prostate cancer. This has led some health commentators and nutritionists to recommend the consumption of Brazil nuts as a protective measure. These findings are inconclusive, however; other investigations into the effects of selenium on prostate cancer were inconclusive.

Despite the possible health benefits of the nut, the European Union has imposed strict regulations on the import from Brazil of Brazil nuts in their shells, as the shells have been found to contain high levels of aflatoxins, which can lead to liver cancer. According to Tony Farndell, MD of TFR Nuts and Dried Fruits Ltd, a UK importer, the import restrictions on in-shell kernels came as a result of the whole nut including the shell, being ground down for testing. Thus aflatoxins were detected and the restrictions imposed.

Health benefits of Brazil nuts:

contain many helpful nutrients including protein, fiber, selenium, magnesium, phosphorous, vitamin E and thiamine

have “complete” protein which means that the Brazil nut has all of the necessary amino acids to help foster optimal growth in humans. Organic Brazil nuts can be a good source of protein for people who are vegetarians

selenium, found in brazil nuts, is a powerful antioxidant linked to lower rates of cancer and heart disease and also helps boost the immune system along with possibly discouraging the aging process

magnesium, also found in brazil nuts, aids the release of energy from foods to assist nerve and muscle function and keep bones healthy. Zinc helps strengthen the immune system as well and Vitamin E can help prevent heart disease

are high in fat, like most nuts, but it is unsaturated fat which has been thought to help lower cholesterol

Raw foodism is a style of life in which you represent strength and health in your being. It’s well known that some people oppose strength which dominates and does not resonate with their own life styles.

Being a raw foodist is quite a new concept in our society, more or less depending on the country. There are times when such eating habits create discomfort being with your loved-ones. At the end it is time sharing with those people you care that matters and outstands most of the principles you have.

It does not mean that you have to give up on health because of somebody’s attitude but in contrast encourage and become an inspiring example for people you love. You never know, it might change their lives at some point and lead to someone else’s cure. It is a chain – chain of love and care.

Below are some tips I came up with along my journey on how to live raw life and still be happy and relaxed among diverse attitudes.

Most of the time you have a chance to eat what you want. Occasions with your family and friends when you cannot stay raw usually take only a small portion of your time in most cases. This means staying up to 70% raw is very attainable and way better than nothing.

Don’t be pushy, stubborn, and in an aggressive mood towards the standard diet of people who are next to you. Be friendly and be an example of a healthy lifestyle.

If you are better of eating cooked meal (for your own life safety , make a wise choice among the cooked foods and eat a little portion of it. The idea is to spend time with your beloved ones rather than focus on foods.

You will probably have a choice of salads, steamed veggies, so try to stay vegan and avoid fried oils/fats. When you are back home, have a green smoothie if you feel misbalanced.

Vibrant Health with Delicious Green Smoothies

Be right back on the track the next day (I usually start with a nice exercise routine and follow with green smoothie in a while)

Share your knowledge of nutrition’s and medicinal benefits of live foods, do not be pushy. Some people just have different priorities in life and they are excellent experts in something else and you can learn from them.

Be respectful on others’ choices

If you dine outside, do not mix sugar and fats, fruits and cooked foods if possible, your body didn’t get used to such shakes. If your meal is oily, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.

During the evening do not stress on the fact that you do not eat some particular food, say you are not a fan of that or you are not hungry

Notice that who eat differently because of their habits, they are not targeted by the public just because they got used to that person’s style. So relax and just firmly say that you don’t like this or that.

Take it easy!!! And everyone will be amazed by your energy and health in a while.

During some point of the journey, they had an argument and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand:

“Today my best friend slapped me in the face.”

They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone:

“Today my best friend saved my life.”

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”

The friend replied, when someone hurts us we should write it down in sand, where the winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”

“According to Dr. Robert O. Becker in his book “The Body Electric,” the human body has an electrical frequency and that much about a person’s health can be determined by it. Frequency is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points. Everything has frequency.”

“Dr. Royal R. Rife found that every disease has a frequency. He has found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy diseases. Substances of higher frequency will destroy diseases of lower frequency.”

“In 1992, Bruce Taino of Taino Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, built the first frequency monitor in the world. Taino has determined that the average frequency of a healthy human body during the daytime is 62 to 68 Hz. When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. If the frequency drops to 58 Hz, cold and flu symptoms appear; at 55 Hz, diseases like Candida take hold; at 52 Hz, Epstein Bar and at 42 Hz, Cancer. Taino’s machine was certified as 100 percent accurate and is currently being used in the agricultural field today.”

“The study of frequencies raises an important question concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe, and absorb. Many pollutants have low frequencies and cause the bodies healthy frequencies to be lowered and weakened. Processed or canned food has a frequency of zero and tend to lower healthy frequencies within the body towards degenerative diseases. Fresh produce has up to 15 Hz; dry herbs from 12 to 22 Hz; and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz. Essential oil frequencies start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz; which is the frequency of Rose Oil. These higher frequencies create an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, cancer, etc., CANNOT live.”…..“In one study the doctors took two young men who had a 66-hertz frequency. One held coffee and his frequency dropped to 58 in 3 seconds. The other gentleman drank it and his frequency dropped to 52 in 3 seconds.”

There are many researches have been done recently trying to discover the mystery of ‘healthy frequencies’. In his article ‘The Human Body Frequency’ Brian Ramis says: ‘Living organisms have measurable frequencies on various levels from the entire body down to the cellular level. That fact has enabled scientist to conduct researches on humans and map their frequencies. It turned out quite clearly that there are frequency differences in healthy humans in comparison to ill ones. More over scientists discovered that each illness has different frequency that is always within a definite range. During the first steps of that line of research those results were considered as a new diagnostic discovery, yet as the research progressed and researches started running frequency measures on human cells, it turned out that those cells also reacted to direct external light and sound frequencies. The most incredible discovery was that ill cells reacted to very precise levels of frequencies and were cured or eliminated whilst nearby healthy cells remained intact.’

David’s Story:

My journey into the health education field began in 1975, when at age 17 my robust health began to gradually decline. A heavy eater of meat and junk food, my physical and mental energies deteriorated over a period of six months, then I experienced incessant diarrhea. After a few weeks of medicine treatment, I showed little improvement, so a colon examination was done. The diagnosis was ulcerative colitis, and I spent my 18th birthday in a hospital, taking prednisone and azulfadine drug treatments. The symptoms subsided, temporarily, but the drugs further ruined my health and had a devastating effect on my mental abilities.

Within a few months, feeling sickly and very weak, I experienced a recurrence of the diarrhea and additional symptoms, including cramping, bleeding, and this lead to further physical deterioration. What ensued were eight tortuous years of colitis flare-ups and off-and-on drug therapy. At age 26, I was reduced to a weak, sickly shadow of my former self. I was having gastric explosions every time I ate, up to 10 painful bowel movements a day with mucus and blood. My nervous system became shattered as I was toxic, debilitated by the medicines, and severely demineralized. Life became a dying hell , but I never gave in to the medical doctors’ advice to accept my illness and just be patient until their impossible “miracle drug cure” came along; I desperately wanted my health back and doubted that the doctors knew what they were doing.

In 1984, I had the great fortune to find a Doctor of Natural Hygiene, Laurence Galant in Staten Island, who introduced me to the concepts of self-healing and eating a raw fruit-based diet. At first I thought the idea of eating mostly fruit while I was having non-stop diarrhea was crazy. Yet, I studied Natural Hygiene and slowly cleaned up my diet. I was attached to eating chicken and other favorite cooked foods, however, and was still having colitis flare-ups and relying on medicines.

In the fall of 1984 I had a colonoscopy exam which confirmed that I had advanced ulcerations throughout my sick colon. Surmising that I had been chronically sick and was not getting better, the gastroenterologist recommended that I either try his experimental drug which knocks out the immune system, or have my colon surgically removed. Upon hearing this, a heavy decisive thought entered my mind: I have had it with this medical madness – I’ll be dead soon if I don’t find the answer myself! My life was a gradual descent into hell and now I had to climb out now because I sensed it was almost too late.

Over the next few days I started thinking like never before about how to overcome my illness. I realized that I had to figure out what the MD’s could not, and my thinking lead me to consider more closely the information on self-healing and switching to a raw food diet. The information seemed so incredible, but I saw that it was really working for Laurence, and I read many amazing healing testimonials.

Then one amazing night while studying T. C. Fry’s Life Science/Natural Hygiene course, I beheld a healing vision and it all made sense; the picture of my new health was revealed via the fruitarian pathway to self-mastery. I understood that humans are biologically fruit eaters, and that fruit was the best food for my sick colon and entire body. I was ecstatic knowing I had set myself free!

The next day I threw away the medicines, divorced myself from all medical intervention for good, gave up all meat and dairy forever and started a 3-day juice cleanse. By the second day I was coming back to life. On the third day I was feeling better and better and my enthusiasm and joy drove my family and friends crazy! My gut was feeling soothed and I was rejuvenating. I set myself free of illness, doctors and medicines for good, and my bowels were working better and better!!

I adopted a fruit based diet – that harmonized best with my mind/body/spirit. And with that my energies continuously increased as I detoxified and began rebuilding. Within about six weeks I felt that my colon was completely healed up. I was able to enjoy eating and life again, as my bowels were functioning better than ever. I began a new healthful lifestyle.

Over the next few years I diligently worked at rebuilding my depleted body, incorporating daily running and yoga, all the while studying the life sciences and all of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual factors which determine our health. It took several years of total dedication to build robust health. In 1993, after a year of study and training at the Institute for Educational Therapy in Cotati, California, I became certified as a Nutrition Educator and began providing nutrition and healing consultations. Today, at age 50, I enjoy excellent health and usually feel strong and energetic.

Healing, I teach people, is easy if we understand and apply the principle that it is the body that does the healing. When we remove the unhealthful aspects of our diet and lifestyle and step out of the way, the body will do the healing work automatically and naturally.

Is living my 100% raw food fruitarian lifestyle hard? No! Living healthfully is the easiest and most joyful way to be! And I’m glad to help health seekers get there and feel that for themselves. I love to help health seekers discover the way to heal and build superior health for themselves, and I am glad to assist you!
