1 week of
our challenge is over!!! Congratulations to us!
We definitely want to present ourselves as heroes that went through struggles, sufferings and challenges and came out as winners
, but to tell you the truth, there were neither difficulties nor sufferings. Well, guys had some challenges resisting french fries and other ‘men’s food’ , but they were strong and unshakable!:) We, girls, had no problems at all and even thought about cooked food didn’t come to our minds.
During this week we felt so good: more energy, more laughing, great mood, more vitality, more strength, and definitely more pride about ourselves
. And even though I have to admit that we were chewing something most of the time, not ’cause of hunger but just ’cause our fridge is stuffed with fruits, raw desserts, salads and other yummy stuff, we didn’t feel heavy or lethargic. I personally felt great improvement in my energy level. When I was ‘cooked’ vegan I often felt lack of energy to do exercises especially after food but now I feel like going for jogging any time of the day. I am waking up full of energy, ready to exercise, work and study, my mood became very stable and I am laughing and singing a lot. And this is very interesting that all our house in one moment became very musical – everybody is humming something the whole day
.
I think there are a few points that I would like to highlight which helped us to go though these 7 days so well.
First of all I understood how easy it is to stay raw when there are no temptations in the house and your house mates pursuing the same goal. The idea of health, lightness and joy is so strong right now in our house that there is no space for anything else.
Second of all, for already 2 years we were trying to have as much fruits and vegetables (either raw or cooked) as possible, so none of us suffered from detoxification during this week.
Third, we were so busy with work, studies and outdoor activities that we didn’t have that much time to think about food. Plus, we visit restaurants very rare and prefer picnics in the mountains and near the sea. We are always equipped with dates, fruits and nuts.
Fourth, the weather is very warm and I think that starting raw food transition is the best during warm season so that body will adjust until winter.
Fifth, we are still excited about discovering ‘raw world’ : trying new recipes, creating beautiful dishes, impressing people, feeling better and better. The idea of leaving it now doesn’t come to our minds.
Stay happy, stay healthy and please remember that food is just a means to make us strong and vital so that we can persue our dreams and build our lives.

Nice info, many gives thanks to the writer. This is incomprehensive to me now, but in general, the particular usefulness and importance is overpowering. Thank you again and good luck!
