Everyday I’m taking fruits and sometimes such veggies as cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots to the office where I
work. Today I had an excellent lunch: slice of mango, kiwi, banana, small peaches and tomato.
It is just so incredible how we actually effect people around. Since I started to bring fruits and veggies to the office, my colleague has changed her diet too without even noticing.
Sometimes I’m facing criticizing from some people but I realized that the most important is to ignore those who want to convince you in a contrary and have cinic attitude and jokes towards your choice BUT focus and share with those who are interested and want to learn how to live quality life.
